We’ve worked with Potomac Quality Construction on two big projects over the years. One was extending the size of our walk in closet, and the other was building a pool, which required moving our greenhouse, a lot of electrical work, and dealing with a ton of county inspection issues. Jack did a terrific job in both cases. He not only does a good job, but has a lot of great ideas of how to make it aesthetically pleasing. When he subcontracts (for example to haul away soil), he spends the time to find the best price. Quality is a good way to describe Mr Jack. Met him long ago when I was called to do service work for him on a big home he was building in Potomac. We talked and I got his card and later called him for a project to remodel a short sale I purchased. He handled the first floor remodel with marble floors, hardwood floors and steps and various other projects! Value jumped from 250K to 450K! He knows his business! I worked with Jack at Potomac Construction and he was excellent. In fact, because of his expertise, he helped us to save nearly $5000 on our structural work, and we are very happy with the final product. Honestly, I rarely write reviews but in this case I had to. I contacted Potomac Quality Construction to handle multiple issues which were uncovered on a home inspection. Jack did completed these quickly, professionally and the work exceeded expectations. I was so impressed with the work in fact I ended up contracting with Potomac Quality Construction for landscaping, hardscaping, handyman work and painting of my newly purchased home.
